OSTC is looking for an in-house auditor to join our team in a part-time contract capacity, approximately 5 hours per week. This is a hybrid role, with some work done virtually and some at our Silver Lake office. This is not a client-facing position. You will be working closely with our Executive Director and Operations Manager to distill the data collected and develop policy and procedures and grant applications-.

What you'll be working on

  • Auditing clinical charts to ensure documentation is current and complete

  • Running and interpreting Google Ads performance data

  • Tracking client retention metrics and staff performance data

  • Managing databases for grant data collection and reporting

  • All other data tracking across the organization

The ideal candidate brings both the ability to collaborate with our team and the drive to work independently with deep focus. You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in accuracy, thrives in the details, and knows how to turn data into actionable insight.

You are embedded in the LGBTQ+ community with OSTC-aligned values.

2+ years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Skilled in working with formulas and Excel/Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with healthcare settings and electronic health record systems

  • Strong code of ethics and working knowledge of HIPAA compliance

  • Curious by nature and genuinely enjoys working collaboratively

Compensation & Schedule

  • $27/hr · Contract/1099 · No benefits package.

  • Flexible schedule, approximately 5 hours per week with room to grow as the company grows

  • Start date July 2026

  • One in-office day per week for chart auditing · Silver Lake, LA

  • Wednesday noon virtual team meeting required
